For three decades, the Center for Micro and Nano Technologies (ZfM) at Chemnitz University of Technology has served as a research beacon, bridging the gap between academic excellence and industry in Silicon Saxony. As a leading research center, we develop the micro- and nanosystems of tomorrow – with a focus on miniaturization, performance, and resource efficiency.
